Please include your name, contact number, the service you’re interested in, your preferred date and time, and the number of people visiting. Our team can then help you check availability and arrange the details.
Is my appointment confirmed when I send an enquiry?
Please wait for confirmation from our team before making your way to an appointment. Sending an enquiry does not reserve your preferred time.
Can I plan more than one service for the same visit?
Let us know which spa, hair or beauty services you would like to combine and whether you’re planning a café stop too. Our team can help you check availability and allow time between appointments.
Which payment options are available?
Payment options include credit and debit cards, EFT or bank transfer, and cash on-site. Some bookings may require a deposit. Please confirm the payment arrangements with our team when booking.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Contact our team as soon as possible with your name and appointment details. We’ll help you check alternative times and explain any cancellation or deposit terms that apply to your booking.
How can I check opening hours before visiting?
